Dash of Color allows you to create new works of art from the photos already on your iPhone. Using this app you can remove the color from photos, making some areas black & white (gray really), or add color to black & white pics.

First decide if you want to take a pic or use one already on your phone. Then you can decide if you want to take away or add color. I want to add color so it makes the color photo I picked black and white.

Next, you need to decide what you want to remove color from. It looks coolest when color is added or removed to or from one object. Being able to adjust the size of the brush makes color removal/addition much easier.

Color removal can still be a little tricky and it is possible to shift the image your removing color from if you rub to long in one spot, making it look blurry. It’s as if a clear cover is placed on top of the image and that’s what you are manipulating to change the color, but the clear cover doesn’t lock the image under it in place. I hope that makes sense.
